Europack LLC plans to expand its production
According to kommersant.ru, this year the authorities of the Voronezh region are expected to start the realization of two large projects on the territory of Maslovskii industrial park that are related to the different types of packaging. Atlantis-Pak LLC (Rostov city) plans to produce a barrier film for food packaging with investment of 3 billion rubles, and the local company Europack is going to invest 2, 2 billion rubles to corrugated cardboard and corrugated packaging plant. At the same time, experts note that there is a decline at the market of packaging today, but the cost of imported equipment for the organization of production is significantly increased.
Dmitrii Sherstnev, General Manager of Europack LLC, told about plans to establish the production of corrugated board and corrugated packaging with a capacity of 188 million square meters per year. The project cost is about 2, 2 billion rubles, and the construction period is from 2016 till 2017. The initiators of this project also promised the authorities to create about 150 work places. Sources of funding of both objects are not specified.
The department of economic development reported that according to results of meeting, the commission made a decision on pre-approval of production location of Atlantis-Pak LLC and Europack LLC on the territory of Maslovskii industrial park. It was also noted that the management company of the park should sign contracts with investors within two to three months, giving each of them an area of 5 to 8 hectares.
According to Kartoteka.ru, Europack LLC was registered in the Voronezh region in 2003. The main activity is the production of corrugated board, paper and cardboard packaging. Dmitry Sherstnev is General Manager; the sole owner is Liliia Bondar. In 2014 the income was 859,3 million rubles and net profit was 5,4 million rubles.
