Automated warehouse was put into operation at Aleksinskaya Mill
SFT Group put into operation automated warehouse at Aleksinskaya BKF plant, the press service of the Tula Region Development Corporation reported.
«The corrugated production of the factory received an automated wrehouse for tools with a volume of up to 17 million m2, which will provide storage and accounting of flat bed and rotaty die cuts, flexo and stereos for production lines,» the report said.
The volume of investments is not specified.
Today, Aleksinsky BKF produces about 6 million m2 of products per month with the prospect of reaching this year the mark of 18 million m2. The factory is one of the leaders in Russian container board market, the corporation emphasized.
Earlier, Gofromagazine wrote that, September 2019 first phase of production of corrugated cardboard and corrugated packaging was launched at Aleksinskaya Mill. The volume of investments in the project amounted to over 3.7 billion rubles. 200 jobs were created. Also March 2018, SFT Group LLC (the holding company of the group) completed first stage of reconstruction of the production line for production of cardboard and paper for printing and packaging industries.
Anatoly Steinberg, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SFT Group, said that total investment in the development of Aleksinsky BKF will be about 10 billion rubles. With putting into operation of two phases, the volume of production of corrugated cardboard and corrugated packaging at the enterprise will be 310 million m2 per year.
