Bobst Flexo 160-Vision flexo printing press has been installed at Pavlovo-Posadskiy Gofrokombinat (PPGK)
Bobst Flexo 160-Vision flexo printing press has been installed at Pavlovo-Posadskiy Gofrokombinat (PPGK). It was the 100th installation Flexo 160-Vision for Bobst.
The fact that this event is very significant not only for the Bobst Group, but also for the entire Swiss business community, was evidenced by the presence of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Switzerland to the Russian Federation Christina Marti Lang at the festive event.
As the Ambassador noted, the Russian market is very interesting for them, while for the Bobst Group it is generally the second most important market. That is why it is so important for her to support the Swiss business, which also operates at the packaging market, as the demand for packaging has become especially high during the pandemic.
She also expressed confidence that the production line installed at the site, which includes the Flexo 160-Vision machine and the Bobst Expertcut flat bed die-cutting system, will allow specialists of the Pavlovo-Posadskiy plant to expand the range and improve the quality of corrugated products.
The head of the Pavlovo-Posadskiy Gofrokombinat, Alexander Kushnir, in turn, stressed that the installation of a new production line will give fresh impetus to the development of the company.
“The reliability of the Bobst Group equipment,” he said, “is proven by us in practice, and the contract for installation of the Flexo 160-Vision machine is just another step in our close cooperation. Proof of this are three signed contracts for the supply of equipment, which are now being taken away from our festive event by a representative of the Bobst Group. Among them is a contract for the supply of another Flexo 160-Vision machine.”
