Gotek JSC launches new Asahi line

Complex packaging used by manufacturers of dairy and meat products, alcoholic beverages, vegetables and fruits, confectionery and it is automatically or manually assembled at the enterprises.

Unique feature of this new generation flat-bed die cutter AP-165EII is the presence of a patented feed section, which pre-aligns sheet before gripping, which allows you to work with cardboard of any quality with high accuracy. In addition, the equipment can produce packaging of large formats with sheets size 1200x1650 mm.

The project implementation allows to increase company’s packaging production capacity by the method of flat-bed die cutting by 30%. Investment in the project is about 50 million rubles (app. 760 thousand USD). Financing is carried out with the participation of Siemens Finance, a leasing company.

The project implemented as part of a program of the company’s technological complex modernization and is aimed to improve the quality of corrugated products, as well as reducing time needed for manufacturing customer orders.

The launch of the new line will create an additional twelve jobs at the enterprise.

In May, the company also plans to launch a new press.
