Gotek North-West going to increase production of complex packaging

Gotek North-West, a member of the Gotek group of companies, has launched the new Signature EAGLE 145 N46CS universal automatic folding and gluing line manufactured by Ace Machinery (South Korea). An investment project for its installation was implemented as part of a program to expand production and technological capacities to meet the needs of the companie’s customers in complex packaging. Such packaging is used for manual or automatic assembly. Its main advantage is a high assembly speed and maximum care from adhesive taping.

The new line allows gluing up to 6 points at a time. The equipment operates on single and double wall boards with E, B, C and BE fluts. The maximum format for glued products is 1450x1100 mm, the minimum format is 250x100 mm. The maximum speed of the automatic line is 250 m per minute.

In automatic mode, all process parameters are continuously monitored and corrected. Thanks to these production and technological characteristics, the Signature EAGLE 145 N46CS folding and gluing line will allow us to satisfy the needs of our customers from various industries in high-quality modern packaging. I would like to express my gratitude to everyone who participated in the installation and start-up of the equipment, since under the current conditions we had to work remotely with Korean specialists. There were certain difficulties with this, but we managed, and I think that these skills will be useful to all of us in the future. Now the equipment is in commercial operation. ”
