Launch of a flat-die cutting machine at the Altai Printing House

The summer of 2020, new equipment supplied by Petromash Service (GT Group, St. Petersburg) was launched at the Altai Printing House (Sibtara Group) in Barnaul.

The Petromash Service company delivered and launched an automatic flat die cutting machine with foil stamping function (model TMY-1100-N) at the Altai Printing House site.
TMY-1100-H automatic die cutting machine with foil stamping function works stably with various types of paper and board, including corrugated board. 

The machine is used for die cutting and foil stamping of cardboard packaging and label products at speeds up to 7500 sheets/h, which is ideal for embossing packaging. The equipment is fully automatic and works at non-stop mode, which allows to reduce the loss of time both when setting up the machine and during operation.

Interface shows operating speed of the equipment, total operating time and consumption of materials. Controller continuously monitors input and output signals of sensors and control devices, which makes it possible to determine the state of equpment sections to eliminate the occurrence of problem situations. Encoders and controller are linked via CAM bus for increased reliability and easy, intuitive machine setup. Main drive is controlled by a frequency converter and a viscous coupling, providing smooth, stepless speed change, noise reduction and energy savings. High pressure (up to 300 tons), precision accuracy and speed of the machine guarantee stable, reliable and safe operation of the equipment.

TMY-1100-H Automatic Foil Stamping Machine is composed of a feeding section, a sheet flattening section, a die-cutting / embossing section and an intake section.

The new equipment will allow Altai Printing House to reach a new level of production automation, improve product quality and reduce its cost, and, as a result, confidently increase production and take one of the leading places among the leading enterprises in the region.
