Naberezhnochelninskiy KBK will put into operation second Japanese line EVOL 100

This decision was made following the meeting of the plant management and top managers of Mitsubishi Heavy Industries. The delegation of guests was led by the Vice President, Head of Printing and Packaging Equipment Mitsubishi Heavy Industries Yukikazu Shoji.

First line EVOL 100 already in operation at the factory for more than one year. According to the plant’s experts, the Japanese line is unique in its innovative solutions. Firstly, it is high performance - the production capacity is 350 boxes per minute. Also it offers a wide range of sizes of corrugated boxes and high quality products. Another feature is a clear system of quality control and product rejection. “The EVOL 100 line effectively replaced the two old inlines,” – said Andrey Fomichev, General Director of the plant. – “The result really exceeds all expectations”.

“We are delighted to reinforce our relationship with NKBK with the sale of a second EVOL to them,” – says Giovanni Bettini. – “The Russian market has really grasped the opportunities that the EVOL offers in terms of speed, accuracy and productivity. This is the fifth order already for an EVOL in Russia and we hope for many more over the coming years”.

Second line is expected to be put into operation towards the end of 2020 and it will be equipped with Mitsubishi’s brand new MPF-M pre-feeder.
