Monte Urano, 25th May 2022 – Fespa will be a melting pot to “Experience Print in Motion” and we’re looking forward to launching the new, patented, twin 45° cutting module, together with showcasing the very best in cutting systems and automation workflowtechnology to maximise your efficiency and productivity.

The new, twin 45° blade tool is the latest, patented tool for 2022 from Elitron.

In a class of its own, in one single pass, a clean 90° cut is created, thus cutting all V-cut production times in half!

For all honeycomb materials, the NEW DL 45° tool makes light work of V-cutting and transforms your ideas into reality in half the time. Saving both time and energy.

Thanks to this patented technology it’s possible to start V-Cutting anywhere on the sheet, as the independent blades are electronically controlled, to start V-Cutting wherever your design requires.

The same DL 45° tool can also be used in the traditional V-cut mode, with only one single blade, for maximum flexibility and complete creativity.

In addition, you’ll be able to see the following innovations from Elitron at Fespa, together with the Kombo SDC+ 3200mm width cutting system:

The NEW DMD cutting module, will take your creativity to the next level. Using either the multi-degree giant, motorized circular blade, up to 200mm in diameter, or the multi-degree fixed cutting tool, both make light of cuttingall honeycomb materials and give you the possibility to digitally set the angle of the blades to suit the job in hand. From 0 to 90 degrees, this NEW cutting module is engineered for design perfection.

NEW, fully automatic, Milling Tool Changer for non-stop productivity!

Fespa will be a melting pot to “Experience Print in Motion” and we’re looking forward to launching the new AutomaticMilling Tool Changer, together with the very best in cutting systems and automation workflow technology to maximise your efficiency and productivity.

This NEW, automatic 3kW Milling Tool Changer comes with 3 different milling tools to ensure all your milling needs are met, without having to manually change the tools between jobs. Together with the external cooling chiller, automatic tool changeover is a complete breeze on the Kombo cutting system.

Mounted on the side of the cutting system, this tool changer is discreet and functional and comes with protective casing to ensure the milling tools are kept dust-free and ready for the next milling job.

NEW automatic feeder and another patented Seeker System camera from Elitron, to take your creativity to the next level, on the 3200mm width Kombo SDC+

Fespa will be a melting pot to “Experience Print in Motion” and we’ll be launching the new, patented Seeker System from the underside, together with the very best in cutting systems and automation workflow technology to maximise your efficiency and productivity.

The new, Automatic Feeding System will be in action, together with the incorporated, NEW patented Seeker System from the underside, SDS. The NEW SDS compliments the existing, patented dual camera system to add a further camera underneath the tabletop, to scan the materials directly from the underside. This new camera means that all printed materials can now be cut and creased with the print side facing downwards, without any operator intervention, as printed files are all centred automatically, prior to being cut.
