One more Emba QS flexo folder gluer for NKBK (Russia)
Esa Koski, Executive Vice President at EMBA Machinery AB and Andrey Fomichev, CEO of NKBK signed the second agreement for an 175 QS Ultima.
Earlier the first Emba 175 QS Ultima line was put into operation at the corrugated packaging factory. Installation of equipment began in October, in December the line was put into operation. The Swedish line is characterized by high productivity - the maximum working speed of up to 500 boxes per min. Esa Koski, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Emba Machinery AB, praised the collaboration with the plant’s specialists: “This is a team of professionals who are committed to achieving results and achieving their goals.”
The second Emba 175 QS Ultima line will also be installed at the corrugated packaging factory. Equipment delivery is scheduled for April 2021, commissioning in June 2021. Another line - Emba 215 QS Ultima - will be installed at the Chelny Upak plant in the Klin city. Swedish equipment will be delivered to the plant’s production site in the suburbs in June 2020, commissioning is scheduled for July 2020. According to experts, this is a universal line that allows the production of small and medium format corrugated boxes.
